Covid-19 Updated Requirements

Updated March 23, 2022

New West Symphony is thrilled to welcome you back to in person events!

Based on our audience feedback, New West Symphony Board of Directors recently voted to keep the requirement of wearing face masks or face coverings while indoors for our April concerts.

The venues also require the following COVID–19 compliances:

Persons 18 and older: Patrons will be required to show ID and furnish proof of full vaccination (two weeks after the final dose) against COVID-19 or provide a negative PCR test administered within 2 days of the event or a negative antigen test administered within 1 day of the event.

Persons 2-17: Patrons will be required to show ID and furnish proof of full vaccination (two weeks after the final dose) against COVID-19 or provide a negative PCR test administered within 2 days of the event or a negative antigen test administered within 1 day of the event.

Children Under 2: Currently we are not permitting children under 2 years of age.

Everyone who is vaccinated in California can now request a digital COVID-19 Vaccination Record. Visit myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov to request your record. Be sure to use the email or cell phone number you used when you received your vaccine. It takes less than a minute to complete the request and your record is sent by email or text within seconds. You can take a screenshot of your record or print it out.

Refund Policy: If you’ve purchased tickets and cannot show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative viral test result, or refuse to comply with the masking policy, then we will offer you the option of a refund.

Physical Distancing: Physical distancing is not required in either outdoor or indoor spaces.
