Online Ticket Exchange

New West Symphony subscribers may exchange their Masterpiece Series tickets for other performances in the Series. Exchanges may be made among the performances on the same weekend or between performances on different weekends (September to November, for example). There is no charge to subscribers for ticket exchanges. Single-ticket purchases are not exchangeable.

Please enter your account number for verification. If you do not enter a valid account number, we will be unable to process your exchange. You will find your patron account number at the bottom of the address ticket that is attached to your season tickets.

All exchange requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the first performance affected by the exchange. Tickets for past performances may not be exchanged.

Tickets may be picked up at the respective box office Will Call window on the night or afternoon of the performance. We recommend that you pick up your tickets at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please bring your old tickets with you when picking up your new tickets. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the receipt of your exchange request.

All exchange requests are subject to availability. If none of your choices are available, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone.
